From first questions to a website that keeps improving.
Every project is different, but the thinking behind it stays consistent. We build clarity step by step, review decisions as we go and adjust when needed.

Discovery
Discovery is about understanding the current situation before deciding where to go next. Through a detailed questionnaire, a structured review and focused follow-up questions, we identify what isn't working, which messages are already there and what still needs to be clarified. The findings are brought together in a Discovery Summary, giving us a shared starting point for the strategy ahead.

Strategy
Strategy is where early goals and ideas become a clear direction. Together, we revisit what emerged during Discovery, question what matters most and define what the website needs to achieve, which messages matter most and what should take priority. The outcome is captured in a Strategy Summary, giving us a shared foundation for the structure, content and design decisions that follow.

Design
Design begins with the information, not the decoration. I look at what we have, what is still missing and what each part needs to do. From there, I sketch and compare different structures, turn the strongest directions into digital wireframes and review them with you. Once the structure is agreed, I develop the chosen direction across all agreed pages, creating high-fidelity designs and defining the typography, imagery, spacing, interaction and responsive behaviour. A focused style guide brings those decisions together and creates a clear foundation for the build.

Build
Build turns the approved design into a complete, working website. I build every agreed page in Framer using the final content, reusable components and CMS collections where needed. Although the design is organised around desktop, tablet and phone, each layout is built to adapt smoothly at every width in between. Before launch, I test the website across devices and browsers, checking links, forms, interactions, CMS content, performance and accessibility basics. Anything that doesn't behave as intended is refined before the website moves into Launch.

Launch
Launch brings the finished website online and makes sure everything around it is ready. After a final review and approval, I take care of the technical setup behind the launch, from registering and connecting the domain to page settings, analytics and the integration of provided legal content and consent tools. Once everything is in place, I publish the website and check it again under the live domain. You also receive clear guidance for managing your content and working with the CMS. This can be through a video guide, a call or both, depending on what works best for you.

After Launch
Going live is where assumptions start meeting reality. Once the website is out in the world, we can begin to see how people actually interact with it and look at the metrics that matter to your business. Those insights give us a better foundation for deciding what works, what could be improved and where the website might need to evolve. Whether that means refining an existing section, adding something new or simply checking in when things change, the website doesn't have to stay exactly as it was on launch day.
About me
A few things beyond the work.
I spend a lot of time thinking about websites, but thankfully not all of it. Outside of work, I like things that slow me down, get me away from a screen and let me enjoy the moment without worrying about whether something could be better.
Road Cycling
(01)
I spend a lot of time on two wheels, usually on my own. There’s something about settling into a ride, letting the mind switch off and simply taking in what’s around me. Some days I take it easy, other days the ride home turns into a small challenge against myself. I enjoy the bikes just as much off the road. I can easily spend an afternoon in the garden cleaning them, replacing parts or changing something simply because I want to understand how it works.
Game Nights

I have a growing collection of board and card games at home, and I love evenings where we jump between a few of them, talk, laugh and see where the night goes. Sometimes it's something quick, sometimes I try to convince everyone that Monopoly really is worth the commitment. There's something I like about how simple it is. A table, a few games and a group of friends is often more than enough for a really good evening.
Handpan

Most evenings, I play without trying to learn a particular song or get somewhere with it. I usually start with a simple pattern, improvise from there and let the sound develop on its own. I like that there doesn't have to be an outcome. I can just play for a while, follow whatever comes naturally and, after a few minutes, everything else tends to fade into the background.
Camping

My favourite way to travel is pretty simple: a car, a tent and a few boxes with everything we need. There’s no strict plan and no hotel to get back to. We can stay somewhere for another day or pack up and move on whenever we feel like it. I especially like the slow parts—waking up to the sounds outside, making coffee on a small gas stove and ending the day under warm camping lights with nowhere else we need to be.
Macrame

Most of my work happens on a screen, so I like making something I can actually hold. I usually follow a pattern and work on larger pieces like plant hangers or wall hangings, knot by knot and row by row. There’s something satisfying about feeling the cord in my hands, tightening each knot and watching the piece slowly take shape. I’m quite picky about the cord I use, and most of what I make eventually becomes a gift for someone else.
